Listing Fees

LKR 500

Fixed fee per property listing. Includes publishing, display on our website, and visibility to potential customers.

Once a listing is published, the fee is non-refundable except where stated in our Refund Policy.

Buyer & Seller Interaction

All communication, negotiation, and agreements are strictly between the property owner/advertiser and the interested buyer or tenant.

buyhome.lk is not responsible for any agreements, payments, disputes, or outcomes between users.

No Liability

buyhome.lk and Lavish Lands Pvt Ltd are not responsible for:

✕ Ownership verification

✕ Financial transactions between users

✕ Disputes or losses arising from use of the platform

Users must verify all property details before making decisions.

Content Management

We reserve the right to approve or reject listings, remove inappropriate content, and suspend or block users who violate these terms.

Payments & Payment Methods

All payments for listing services can be made via:

Bank Deposit

Cash at Office

All payments are strictly for advertisement listing services only. Refunds (if applicable) will be returned to the original payment method used.

Refund Policy

Refunds will only be issued if applicable under our Refund Policy. Once a listing is published the service is considered delivered.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method used for the transaction.

All content on buyhome.lk — including the logo, design, text, and layout — is owned by Lavish Lands Pvt Ltd and cannot be copied or reused without written permission.
